Refund and Returns Policy

At PowerTech Hato, we are committed to providing the best customer experience and ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you’ve received, we have a clear and simple Refund and Returns Policy.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as it was received).
  • The item is in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals.
  • The product was purchased directly from PowerTech Hato (orders placed through third-party platforms are subject to their own return policies).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened or used memory cards, batteries, and other electronic accessories.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance on the website.

Please check the product page before purchasing to confirm if the item is eligible for return.


3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@powertechhato.net with your order number and the reason for the return. Please also include any relevant photos of the product (if applicable).
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and send it back to the provided address. Please use a trackable shipping service for the return and retain proof of return shipping.

Important: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If we determine that the return is our fault, we will cover the return shipping fees.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note the following:

  • Processing Fees: Shipping costs paid at the time of the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted if the returned item is not in its original condition or has been damaged.
  • Promotions: If the purchase was made using a promotion, coupon, or discount code, the refund will be issued based on the final amount paid, after the promotion is applied.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. Please follow the steps outlined in the How to Return an Item section for the return process.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@powertechhato.net or call (573) 857-3335. We will provide a pre-paid return label and send you a replacement product at no additional cost, or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Please include the following information when contacting us about damaged or defective items:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the damage/defect
  • Description of the issue

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the estimated processing time (5-7 business days), please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
